C & H provides municipalities through service contracts, management and maintenance of service area landfills to ensure these sites are up kept by strict environmental and municipal regulations. Manpower services are supplied to monitor and direct residents to ensure proper recycling, organization and clean up is provided. As municipalities are increasingly troubled with the cost of refuse disposal, C & H works to assist its partners to reduce costs where ever possible, which reflects into direct savings to our fellow tax payers.
